So we recently transferred from I'm just gonna say it PowerChurch (sorry guys you refuse to adapt to modern software engineering) and I was incredibly frustrated with its cumbersome arduous system I started researching databases. Compared to other programs, it really is a Breeze. I also really appreciate the newsy emails we receive with helpful hints about Breeze or ministry in general. They worked with it until we got it all from the prior company - and at no charge. They transferred our data over from our prior company and stuck with us when some data didn't come over.

Plus, you can't beat their customer support if you do have a question - many times they send a quick video of how to do it using your own data! They are so patient and no question is a "dumb" question. Breeze is customizable for fields specific to individual churches and all the data is easily accessible. Volunteer reminders are a snap and so helpful. Check-in is so much easier now - no more fighting with our prior program. Our members just love the phone app and staff is thrilled with how easy it is to use and the reports we can get. Currently, the only people who can access and see tags in our system are staff members, since we do not want all of our members to have access to all of the possible tags we've created.īreeze is so very easy to learn and use. Also, as far as a I know, there is no way to set it up to where members of a tagged group can email or contact each other through Breeze without being able to see all of the other tag possibilities in the system, which is a big liability. Currently, if you want to keep track of who a group leader is for a given tag, the work around is to include the actual leader's name in the tag name itself (e.g. The one thing I wish you could do for each class or tag group you create would be some way to mark in the tag listing who the leader(s) are for the group (perhaps like a "sub-tag"). If you have a Sunday School class and you want to keep track of who all is in it, you create a specific tag for the class and then tag all of the profiles of the people who are in that class).

We ask that you create a member account and update your personal and family information. Breeze online and in the app has membership at your fingertips.

Add photos so we know who you are – church is friendlier when we have names and faces together! Our next photo directory can be done with Breeze if you help us with your photos. Help us make that better! We’ve operated a long time with the concept of a “home phone” and a single “household email.” Times have changed and the tools many use are a personal mobile phone and a personal email – so we need your member contact updates. Breeze can connect our members to each otherĬhurch is better when we know each other, right? Member and family photos and contact information are in Breeze – things we used to have separately, in a paper contact list and a photo directory.
